Three Monet Calendars 2012

The great artist Claude Monet is a favourite subject of desk and wall
calendars which feature some of his outstanding works. And the

Gower Calendar 2012

Well the amazing Gower Calendar has arrived  Yes , the brand new
Images of Gower calendar for 2012 with outstanding pictures by
Dan Santillo. This year the publishers have put a sunset image of
Three Cliffs Bay on the cover.

A few years ago Helen and I walked this area and
saw an amazing sight. Right there on the beach
where you see the sea coming inland were about
fifteen cows chilling out in the sunshine. We had
never seen such a thing before. Anyway I digress.

The calendar is a great gift for those who love this
part of West Wales. It features the beautiful Bay
at Rhossili only this time it has snow on the ground.

And then you have another amazing image of Mumbles
Lighthouse as the sun sets. Langland Bay makes an
appearance as does Mewslade Bay. The month of May
features the fabulous beach at Oxwich and March
Has Port Eynon Bay.

The calendar comes in its standard format 13 x9 inches
approximately and there is the usual mailing envelope

Classic MotorCycling Calendar 2012

Here`s a calendar for all those classic motorbike fans.

The new Classic Motorcycling calendar for 2012 has arrived
and this year  the image on the cover features the great
british bike: The Truimph.

The images are taken from magazine front covers from
the 1950s. Other images include BSA , Matchless Clubman

Vintage Railway Posters Calendar 2012

Well it`s arrived. Yes , it`s only July but the new issue of the Vintage
Railway Posters Calendar 2012 has arrived.

Younger readers may well ask what is this?

Older readers will know that this calendar features nostalgic
poster art from days gone by. The calendar is a popular
gift for grandmothers and grandfathers who remember
such days when railway stations in the UK featured posters
that promoted various locations from across the UK that
were easily accessed via rail transport.

Much of the railway art today is retained at the National Railway
Museum in York which is the largest railway museum in the
world.

This years calendar featured such poster art as Bournemouth ,
Clacton-on-Sea , Morecambe , North Wales and Warwick Castle
to name a few.
